Welcome! Cozy large house to make memories of laughter and joy by the Big Blue!

Come in and relax! Enjoy the spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar to seat the kids while you enjoy the coffee bar! Or grill lunch with the family on the spacious patio. The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms have plenty of room, soft sheets, and cozy blankets. Laugh the night away on the sectional watching TV or playing a board game. The farmers market, Julia's cafe, and all the town's amenities are a 5-minute walk away and South Beach is about 10 minutes . Enjoy all that South Haven has to offer with this lovely home as your home base! Meet at sunset at the pier to make memories for a lifetime!

It's a beautiful house with lots of space and a HUGE kitchen. The living room has a great couch for hanging out, watching movies, and playing games. We had a great time!

This house is very spacious and comfortably furnished with ample seating all over. The pictures don’t do justice to how spacious it is. It’s well appointed and very modern. It’s also a very short walk to downtown South Haven. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet.

Our party of 8 had a great time in South Haven at Aunt K’s house. Lots of space, great kitchen, sunroom and outdoor patio. Quiet street with beautifully kept up houses makes a quick walk to Phoenix street for shops and restaurants. Our teens walked to the beach daily, but we drove and paid the 10 fee to park daily because we had beach gear. Crossing Broadway on bikes or on foot requires you to go up to crosswalk at Phoenix, lots of traffic at times. We appreciated the fans in upstairs bedrooms because even though there was central AC, it was a HOT July week and needed more air circulation. We loved how stocked the kitchen was with plates, glasses and silverware. Lots of pots, pans, serving bowls, cutting boards. We even used the crockpot to make chicken tacos while at the beach one day. The grill was nice too. Close to highway for easy day trips to other Michigan sites. We explored Saugatuck with the dunes ride and the town, and went blueberry picking. We hope to return someday! Can’t beat a South Haven sunset!

Friends getaway !!

This house was perfect for 10 adults !! It was walking distance to town and the beach. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would recommend staying here and hope to stay here again in the future

Historical Charming and perfect for families

This house had all the amenities and more. So much room for a big group to spread out and not feel in top of each other. I strongly appreciated The historical charm of this home and I am grateful Aunt K kept its historic bones in mind when updating. I look forward to staying here again!

Stay in South Haven

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in South Haven. The wood work in this home is just stunning. The home was perfect for our young children to spread out for meals and play, but they also really enjoyed the opportunity to share the bunk room! The back porch allows for the perfect patio dinner or cup of coffee with a book while enjoying the beautiful landscape. The arrival and check out procedures were clear and easy to follow. The well done home is a great central location for a quick trip to the beach. Thank you for the opportunity to stay! We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful home… Beautiful gardens!!!

If you love beautiful wood, spacious rooms, gorgeous flowers in the yard, and all the modern updates, you should rent this home. The kitchen is unbelievable.and the window treatments are classic! Rooms are very comfortable with attention to details. Easy walk to town and South Beach!

Charming House in South Haven

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. This is a spacious well located home in South Haven. It was very clean. This house has the charm of an older home with all the modern amenities. Kelly was an excellent communicator, attentive to all our requests and needs.

Great Little Getaway at Aunt K's

Wonderful property for South Haven visit. Loved the feel of an older home with all the upgrades especially in the kitchen. So spacious! Great area on back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee in morning or glass of wine in afternoon. Loved the location within walking distance to main area of SH. Would definitely recommend and would book again!
