“One of the best stays my husband and I have experienced in our entire lives. The property is beautiful, filled with life and history. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable, we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need lunch either day. Tippy is a lovely host cat with fluffy pantaloons and Sir Ellis, the delightful black and white cat, ensured that we never forgot where our room was. We had wonderful conversations and felt as though we were stepping into the home of beloved……

“It was pretty quiet, not to many people staying but that was fine. I didn’t visit the pool area so I can’t speak for it but it was open and looked ok. My only complaint is the breakfast. There weren’t that many options. Most things were carbs (bread/bagels/cereal/pancakes). Juice options were great. But no eggs or meat. The bed was comfortable and the tv and amenities in the room all worked. Over all 3-4 stars. There was only one person on staff that I saw my entire stay. ”

“Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this……

“Didn’t get the pack and play for my son when called multiple times. Only got offered last minute when he was already sleep. Went to their little restaurant to eat before bed, never got the food my son got antsy and we had to leave the restaurant. Never got offered a refund or food delivered, nothing. Then the next day my son got ill and had to leave early, Expedia attempted to reach out to get a refund for the last day and were denied. The woman at the desk said I’d get a credit? Didn’t even……

“Comfortable beds. Great amenities: indoor hot tub & pool, outdoor hot tub & pool (open year round), warm towels for the outdoor pool-although you may have to ask because it appears they don’t keep it full all the time, dry sauna in each locker room. The location can’t be beat! The downsides: pools not regularly cleaned so they were all sandy & not super clean (not disgusting though), no one to oversee the pool areas so kids were not required to use usual pool etiquette - lots of running,……

“You want to feel like you’re at home? This is the place. Inn keeper knew who I was when I walked in the door and that was customer service approach thru our stay. We went to Stone mountain arts center for concert, had apps in bar prior.. we were welcomed back to the inn and questioned with how was the concert as we closed out our night back at bar. Breakfast staff at Lindsay’s was quick with the coffee and food was Amazing!!! Home cooked meal- fresh! Inn keeper saw us after breakfast and……
