“The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more.……

“*Clean and everything you need.* Nancy the host runs a tight ship here and was very helpful throughout (also makes a great English fry-up). If I owned a BnB I'd want her running it. I was here longer than expected whilst house-hunting - I'm used to S/C apartments (hard to get in Boston unless paying well over odds) - but was very happy with the room I had (front right at top which has own WC). The locals are friendly enough once you get to know them. Yes a bit dated etc but for the price you def……

“We were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was a family room which is probably why it was so spacious, and more importantly clean. My only moan would be breakfast is served between 8am - 9am. I personally think 8-10am would be more appealing but you can’t please everyone all the time. ”

“We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. “ Adam and his wife, both keepers of the hotel, are wonderful and very helpful. The family room is clean and tidy and spacious.A bit of challenge for family with heavy luggage as upper floor room got no lift. If the toilet has a larger mirror and the dining table larger for a family of four, the hotel deserves 6 of the full mark is 5.The hotel is close to the Lumley Street (the main shoppinh street).”
