「Excellent clean room 」

「We just stayed at the spur of the moment because we didn’t want to drive 2 hours home after celebration a wedding. The reservation was quick and effortless. 」

「We were traveling to Indy for a family event. My husband is in the military, and our regular place to stay was booked (my in-law's home,) so we booked this hotel. It was my husband, myself, and three children ages 16, 13, and 11. The original room we were given was room 222. It was gross, the carpet was stained, all the furniture was stained, the pull out couch and mattress were unacceptably disgusting. The room was all over just a no. So I went to the receptionist and let her know how gross it...

「I was booked for a bed and a pullout, but was put in a room that had just a Queen. I was told the room was all they had and I had paid for it prior to arrival. Because of the time there was no recourse nor any renumeration」

「The staff was very friendly but the water was just above lukewarm. 」

「The hostess when we arrived was very kind and helpful. The room was nice however the rug needed cleaning and the bathroom wall needed a touch up.,」
