Relax in our spacious (1800 sq ft), bright, clean, and comfortable basement apartment with a separate entrance. Our home is perfect for traveling families, business travel, seasoned travelers and any/all who come into town. The entire indoor is not shared. The only shared spaces are the garage & backyard.

1 min. to Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple
15 min to Expo center
20-25 min to downtown Salt Lake City and Silicone slopes

Clean, Convenient, Quiet
We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we had a question we were able to get a quick response. The house is in a nice neighborhood. We liked how close it was to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. There wasn't anyone staying upstairs when we were there, so it was definitely quiet. There wasn't noisy traffic nearby either. Great place.

The perfect place in a very family oriented neighborhood, close to our family who live in Daybreak. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Easy access and private with modern amenities. We would definitely choose this home to stay in again.

Stayed at this location, about 40 minutes away from Snowbird. Perfect location, listing exactly as shown and described. Access to the garage which was nice! Property owner was very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. Highly recommend!
