"The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking. Not picking up the phone nor responding to emails"

"Very spacious and clean. Nicely decored and homely. Everything you need is there and the host is very good and responsive to queries. The lodge is situated on a nice quiet camp site and has its own single carspace right outside. "Served its purpose for a one night stop over, basic and a bit tired, stains on sofa and carpet, only one double sofa which sank when you sat on it so the third person had to sit on a hard dining chair. "The room was clean, but the main door didn’t latch on its own and the strike plate was loose. I had to mess with it to get it to latch properly. The shower floor was ultra slippery and the lack of a shower curtain allowed the splashing water to spill out onto the tile floor making getting out treacherous. The soap did was hanging off the wall.The sauna was closed due to repairs and the pool closed early. The "
