"Clean room, had beach equipment in the room, beach towels, boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, etc. Only single use laundry detergent was provided — had to buy more. Filters for Brita pitcher was there but no pitcher. Room had skylight windows which let in all sorts of noise. One day our neighbors had a birthday party that lasted until midnight. I had to call the office to get them to send security to have them stop since quiet hours was 10pm. But the ceiling windows let sound in everyday (birds, pool, neighbors, etc)"

"The unit was spotlessly clean — we're talking white-glove clean. Beds were freshly made, the place was immaculate, and every corner of the space felt genuinely cared for. It's clear the team takes real pride in the property. Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible."

"Location is excellent and room is clean. There is not beach view. Outdoor pool is great and very clean. Highly recommend the outdoor pool. It is a beautiful place and especially gardening. It is very safe place to stay. The air is so fresh and walkable to the beach. Thanks Thanks"

"Restaurant was closed and under construction which was VERY ANNOYING. Water shut off for several hours due to construction. Porta potty was available however was poorly attended. Would not have been a problem if we knew ahead of time. Was just ok"

"Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there. Keurig needs descaling. Single AC unit in living room is noisy and leaking on the patio. Bed was noisy and not especially comfortable and pillows were tired and need replacing. Receiving a map before check in would have helped with parking; we had to schlep a bunch of stuff down the hill while trying to locate our place. More parking in lower lot would have been helpful, but doesn't look like room to expand. We stayed for a week and the place felt like home. We enjoyed our stay here."
