「I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...

「We stayed at this hotel so we could be near my son as it was parents weekend at URI. Lovely grounds and definitely a winery feel to it. Check in and out was simple. Our Room was Lovely... but just a few things could be improved on..expensive hotel so I suppose I expected more... the was a wedding going on so there was loud music until approx. 11pm with lots of guests returning to their rooms making alot of noise. No coffee machine in the room. In our room the bathroom sink had no area to place...

「Adorable, spacious, and walkable. The kitchen was well stocked with all needs. We walked to the Seafood shop, cooked mussells and clams on the grill and loved Brickley's Ice Cream just down the street. Quaint town within steps of the house and cute cafes and shops of Wakefield. Just a mile to the wedding venue (Shepherd's Run) as well as a Welcome Party at the Surf Shack. Scarborough Beach was close and affordable for non-residents. It was a wonderful trip.」

「Mark was very responsive to any questions we had. The house had lots of outdoor spaces to lounge and enjoy. Loved the town beach pass available. It made accessing the beach easy in the summer months.」

「The owner is wonderful! She is most kind and made certain that she was attentive to all our needs. This is an excellent place to stay with beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations and lovely amenities. We had a great time!!!!!」

「The house was very clean, charming and relaxing.」

「The house was immaculate, it’s lovely. The yard is not huge, but enough for the kids and some adults to kick around the soccer ball and play tag. The house was very well stocked. The kitchen had both informal and more formal dishes as well as plenty of serving and cookware. Everything was clearly well maintained andin great order. Additionally, communication was fabulous. Thank you to the host so very much for opening your house.」

「A group of 21 of us enjoyed the week here for our annual family reunion. The house was a great set up for us and provided all that we needed. It is in a wonderful location with access to many fun activities. We hope to make a return trip for more wonderful memories!」

「We stay in a lot of Vrbos and feel this home was lacking. We’ve never had to provide our own sheets & towels (a pain if flying). No soap provided for the showers. Only a half a roll of toilet paper provided. Outlets that didn’t work. Two front porch lights either burned out or not working, which was challenging given how dark the property was at night. Other bulbs in the house also burned out. The one positive: the property was quiet.」

「This waterfront home was beautiful--the pictures don't do it justice! We enjoyed our time exploring Rhode Island and using this nicely located home as our base. We took advantage of the fire pit and the included stand up paddle boards during our stay. Note that the only indoor staircase is a spiral one. Thanks for having us!」

「What a wonderful stay, everything up to par, glad we found it.」

「 location is excellent. 」

「charming, beautiful historic building staff very helpful. view amazing restaurant and bar very good hotel rooms are probably newer, We were in the main bldg over the kitchen and lovely but a basic room.」

「The location of this little motel is perfect if you're taking the ferry to Block Island the next day. It's just two miles from the ferry port. We would have enjoyed staying here even if we were not going to Block Island, though—it's sparkling clean with a ton of little touches that turn a nice motel into a great one. There are towel bars and hooks in all the right places, and even an electrical outlet at the top of the refrigerator for plugging in an electric cooler or whatever else you need to...
