「Great location, amenities on property, deck, etc….. the one negative was the C+ at best on how clean it was. I know that’s the cleaning crew. They certainly need to do better for what you’re paying and charging. A pretty steady amount of women’s long hair all around. I’d look to change cleaning companies. When 5 dudes notice it’s not real clean upon check in, that’s clearly a C at best.」

「Came to attend and celebrate our daughter’s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. 「I booked this property for a weekend getaway for my 50th birthday. There were 7 of us total and the house was perfect. Everyone had a bed, the layout was conducive to entertaining and the outdoor space was amazing. We decided to stay in the first night because it was so comfortable - hung by the pool, burgers on the grill and smores by the fire. We were close to the town beach and several local restaurants as well. The booking process was super easy and Tejal was extremely responsive...

「I have stayed at many VRBOs in the past and this by far was the best one I have ever stayed in. We were greeted with plenty of coffee, creamer, fresh eggs, popcorn and a kitchen full of staples. Anything you would need for your stay was in the home. The home is comfortable and very well kept. The owner is right next door and the most pleasant person you will ever meet. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again. If visiting Massachusetts I highly recommend this VRBO. You will not be disappointed....

「We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience.」

「Me and wife were saying what a great property, we vacation in middletown every year and this house was great! everything was updated, kitchen was large and back patio was amazing with fire pit. We are family we 3 teenage kids, so the 2 rooms in the back with 3 beds and shared bathroom worked extremely well for us. Finished basement was great. and the owner also responded to any question we had within 10min-hour on the VRBO app. Also it was a 5 min walk to "2nd Beach". which also amazing. quiet...
