Good location

This is a decent home to rent short term because of its great location. However, it is a bit outdated in terms of amenities. Hopefully they’ll repair or update soon. Not great but also not bad. Would rent again given the right price.

Great location but would not stay at Vacasa property again

This place definitely uses the location to sell. The beach area is awesome and great for families. However, the unit was not clean. We had candy trash left on the floor in the loft, broken window with the screen ripped off and dead bugs underneath the bed. When I asked to have the window fixed, they were responsive through text but no one ever came to fix it during our stay. We also got locked out of the unit for about twenty minutes while I had to call guest services and they had to reset the entry code. The couch in the living room is super uncomfortable. And the pictures definitely make this unit look brighter and better than it is. Really odd layout. It’s split up on three different levels. That said, we would not stay here again.
