Avoid at all costs

A tired old property which used to be timeshare. Needs major rehabilitation as evidenced by the torn up parking lot. Front desk ( Mary) bad attitudes. Only good thing was weather

Great place with private beach access

Great, clean place right in the middle of shopping and restraunts. Best part was the short walk to the private Lakeland Village beach. If I had to list some cons: Spring mattress wasn't great You could hear noises from the people staying above you (foot steps, chair sliding a cross floor) The AC unit had trouble keeping the room as cool as we'd like to sleep. But despite that, this is still a 5 star stay, in my opinion.

Place was clean and nice and convenient

No coffee in room 10am checkout inconvenient Most hotels are 11 didn’t appreciate the 60 dollar plus late check out Lobby had no decaf but had a Kerig so we purchased decaf pods and next day and they removed Kerig from the lobby Room should have a mini Kerig 60.00 Most people now travel with their own pods Hopefully this makes sense
