Recently remodeled home in a quiet residential neighborhood of South Lake Tahoe. We rebuilt this place from the studs up and were able to customize it with a relaxing mountain holiday in mind. Enjoy the open layout and kids/games room or the two big decks overlooking a forest service land.
Its an amazing house but even better is the location. Just one block from the Heavenly California Base Lodge. Walk to skiing, use the free ski bus to get to and from the casinos and shops, two minute drive or cheap taxi to just about everything.
When you are searching for a home base for your perfect Tahoe vacation a lot of things should be standard. Beautiful clean décor and furniture, a kitchen that is a pleasure to gather and cook in, a hot tub, a grill, internet access and home entertainment options. Enter into a large open plan kitchen and living area. Beautiful slate flooring, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and HDTV above the gas fireplace. Send the kids upstairs to the large flat screen with Roku games and streaming, the foozball table or the game area. Cook up dinner on the barbecue or soak in the hot tub from the decks overlooking forest service land.
There are two bedrooms upstairs. A master with a king bed and its own bathroom and huge deck and another bedroom with a queen bed. Down stairs is another bedroom with a separate door to the bathroom and direct access to the deck and hot tub. All your towels and linens are provided
Cooking is a dream here. The kitchen features alder cabinets and concrete counters. There are fridgidaire appliances including a dishwasher and convection/microwave. We have included everything you could need to bake or cook up a storm. There is a blender for whipping up delicious treats. If you prefer to do your cooking outside we have a big natural gas grill just out the door.
Relaxing is easy with a cozy fireplace and game and reading nook. The foozball table is great fun. We are wired for entertainment with HDTVs, with roku steaming content and games.
We landscaped the yard as a family paradise. Stay home and play on the playset, bocceball court and ladder ball game. Take in the beautiful Tahoe weather from the deck or hot tub.
Location is key and this is awesome. Central in town you are close to everything. Heavenly one block walk; Sierra at Tahoe 30min; Kirkwood 45min;Casinos 2min; Beaches 5min; Shopping 2min; Golf 2min. This is a quiet residential area so access is easy and the nights are quiet. The home backs to forest service land. Take it all in from the two big decks.
