Pretty nice place!

Easy check in, nice location. Only real downside is how incredibly hot the loft can get, even with AC on full blast. Also would have been nice to have basic kitchen stuff like salt and pepper. Otherwise, had a wonderful stay!

If you rent this place during the heat of the summer…

Beware. It’s on the 3rd (top) floor, has a loft, and gets FULL sun. There is a tiny window unit but it can’t cool the space. It gets HOT. My kids were sweating in the loft. The building itself is pretty dated and run down. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice place, but a few things to know prior to booking

This unit was really clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the lake and the pools were nice. I was pretty frustrated that the place did not have basics for cooking. Simple things like salt/pepper, cooking spray, spatulas, would have been much more convenient. When I travel I don't want to worry about having to go buy those stock items. The wifi is also pretty terrible so if you need to do any work, have a backup plan. Overall it was a nice place, but not knowing these few things ahead of time was frustrating.

Tahoe getaway

Overall, my experience was okay. The internet connection was very spotty for cell phones, which made it difficult for remote work at times. Sometimes it worked well, but I had no control over it since I couldn’t use an internet cable or other options. The full kitchen was available, but the supplies were quite limited. For example, if you wanted to make eggs, there weren't the right pans for that. There were no hangers in the closet, but the staff promptly helped us with that. I also noticed a plastic plate on the wall, though I’m not sure what its purpose was. While the place was clean, I did notice some dust and other minor issues, especially when I was unpacking my clothes. However, the location was great, close to everything, and the staff were friendly. The building had a welcoming atmosphere, but overall, it felt old and in need of some updates. I would consider returning to this complex, but not to the same unit.
