Parking: Maximum 3 vehicles (1 in garage, 2 in driveway). No street parking permitted.
Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced)
Minimum Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID, credit card, signed rental agreement, and signed VHR Good Neighbor Contract.
House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.
Compliance: Guests may be fined for noise violations or exceeding occupancy/parking limits.
Winter Weather Note
During winter months, driving restrictions may be enforced, requiring chains or a 4WD vehicle. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related road conditions, including delays in arrival or early departures. For peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance.
