Great stay with pets

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 dogs and four adults. One couple took the bunk bed situation since that room was more comfortable than the other queen room downstairs. The king room was huge and with plenty of space. Convenient location, 2 car garage access, and a nice grill for dinner. Bring some oil, condiments, spices and aluminum foil if you plan on cooking there. Otherwise the kitchen is full with items to cook on if you eat in. Would definitely stay again, thanks for the stay!

Perfect Stay!!!

It’s a beautiful property with well loved furniture. Clean, family friendly. Staff amazing and neighborhood is friendly and pretty close to main things. Prepare for beautiful deep snow. This home has everything needed and looks exactly like the photos.

Beautiful spacious home that accommodated our family of six. Close to Heavenly Village and Sierra at Tahoe Ski resort. Very convenient for a quick getaway with the family. Thank you for letting us rent your home.

Perfect family house

The squeal my 6 and 10 year old granddaughters let out when they seen the play room I would have paid double for. The house was perfect in every way. The rooms downstairs were far enough apart to give everyone privacy and the kitchen was perfect to cook up all the fish we caught! Will definitely rent this home again.

Nice, spacious home

Overall I would recommend renting this house. Downsides: It wasn't the cleanest when we arrived (dust and dirt on the floor, a hair folded into the "clean" towels). None of the balconies had been cleared of snow. The bathroom of the room I stayed in lacked counter space or a place to hang the hand towel from and the kitchen had no towels (only paper towels). Little lounge space in the living room. The couch only seats 3-4 comfortably. Upsides: Ample off street parking (although there is no street parking available for additional cars) An abundance of board games (although all the pieces from different games are mixed together) A pool table (although the poles are in poor condition) The layout of the space provides privacy for the guests. Each room has its own bathroom and are each on different ends of the house. I stayed with my boyfriend and two other couples so each of us essentially having our own corner of the house was very nice. Very close to Heavenly resort. The location was great for our ski trip. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, bowls, utensils, and many extras such as steamer baskets, a blender, various coffee makers, etc.

Comfortable place, excellent size, good price

Overall we enjoyed here. Our only complaint was the cleanliness in the property. We didn’t expect it to be perfectly clean, but some of the bathrooms didn’t seem like they were fully cleaned, around bedroom furniture it was dusty and it was clear that the cleaning crew didn’t clean behind night stands and under beds. However, there were parts of the home that were very clean, such as the kitchen in common areas. The WiFi also wasn’t working initially. I had to go back and forth with Vacasa for some time until they put me in touch with someone, who fixed the WiFi right away. The temperature worked well and is in a great neighborhood. Overall we were content with the property with what we paid for! They were also accommodating for us to stay another night which was very nice.

A Rough Stay

The property showed better in the pictures than in person. The home did not have amenities (i.e., no summer gear like beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc.) and the owner would not reimburse us for the items that we bought and had to leave for the next guest(s). The WiFi was spotty, the home was not clean, the garage was too small to fit a regular-sized vehicle (no garage door remote), and we encountered a rodent in the home. We were also not told about the fact that the homes in the area does not have air conditioning (only ceiling fans), which would be good to know before booking for a summer stay. It was hot and very uncomfortable. We would not have booked this location had we been told of all the issues it had.

Skyline Getaway

The house is very nice and the deck was enjoyable. Beds were relatively comfortable. Kitchen is really nice and well stocked with pots, pans etc. Internet was good. Nice neighborhood away from it all. My dogs had a tough time dealing with the floors as they were a bit slippery when they tried to get up but I brought their big dog beds so they stayed on them most of the time.. Great floor plan. Upstairs loft is like a private getaway from the rest of the house. Property management team was great about communicating through email.

Overall enjoyed the property, would be perfect if there was a hot tub as well, and the bed in the green painted room was level. Not sure how to explain it but it wasn’t very comfortable laying at an angle but it was manageable.

Nice location, cozy home

we loved how big the backyard was and how easy accessible the snow was to play in. The house was cozy, and easy to access everything. The only downside was the cleanliness of the floors.

Weird doors system if u open one the other one gotta be closed ,top floor the door of balcony doesn't close if u don't lock the top peace ,they have a video game at the property but with no battery...no way to play but there's another games very cool to spend the time very nice place to spend with family

Summer get away

The property was pleasant and in a quiet neighborhood. And surrounding the home is the forest for a morning walk with our dogs. The staff was responsive for a minor issue with the television. We would return if the master bed is replaced. It is just not comfortable. My suggestion is to have the master bed replaced... and we will return.

Perfect location and spacious home!

Our family of 5 (kids: 14, 11, 9) stayed here and it was so spacious for the 5 of us to do remote learning and work in the morning and snow play in the afternoon! Everything was cleaned and we couldn't ask for a better house for our family. The heater worked so well that some nights, it felt too warm in the bedrooms if the doors were closed. The house is also at the end of a cul de sac, so kids could play out front or walking the dog wasn't a concern with through traffic. Cons: kitchen could be better stocked. I have stayed in homes with basic supplies that helps with cooking / food storage. I know it's not a requirement, just wished I knew ahead of time so I could've packed some of these items (salt/pepper, ziplock, foil, etc..). Would definitely come back and stay again!!

Great cabin and location for 6 adults

The cabin was wonderful - great amount of space, very clean, and very cozy for the winter. The driveway was shoveled clean for us, there is plenty of space for 2 cars to park in the garage and 2 in the driveway, and the 2 balconies would be great if it were warm outside! Kitchen had more than just the basic amenities, though the dishwasher was not working for our stay (supposedly having a part ordered for it soon). If there were any downsides, they were very minor. The master bed frame squeaks every time you move, but it's not obnoxiously loud or irritating so I was able to sleep fine, and hot water ran out after 3 people took what they claim were 10 minute showers. But I can live with that, and we had a great stay!

Perfect location

We had a work project for a week and decided to book a house. The project was very close by the home was convenient clean and check in process was a breeze. Neighbors were very friendly. We had a great week. Thanks for letting us use your home.
