「What a warm and welcoming place to stay. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, very clean room. Common areas were cozy and clean. You will never find a better breakfast than the 3 course meal we had. Local yogurt, homemade lemon curd, with homemade granola and berries. Then wonderfully cooked frittata with Crème fraîche, local sourdough toast, and a bed of nice greens and radishes. Then the most amazing citrus olive oil cake. There is coffee, tea and homemade cookies always available....

「The bed and pillows were full of animal hair. We stayed for two nights, and there was no hot water for showering one night.」

「I arrived after dark and the hotel and the village were like a magical New England winter scene with sparkling lights everywhere. The proximity of the hotel to a typical New England church and numerous white painted wooden framed structures was a scene from our historical heritage. The hotel was reopened less than a year ago after extensive renovations. The outcome is a GEM. Decorations deserve an A+.」

「We used to spend a good deal of time in ludlow . Recently my wife and I have been visiting about once per year. Back in the day we very much enjoyed the castle inn for its great food. We thoghtvwe would stay for a couple of nights. We hoped to ski one day. We went into the inn with a big ski bag and they wanted us to climb 3 levels with it. Luckily there was a person who became available to help. The room was a large king. The furnishings were represetative of a classic inn. Very old but...

「The house was nice and the fireplace was lit up when we got home in the evening - so cozy. The area around the pool is fantastic. The pool, air hockey table, pool table, a bar, and outdoor cooking area, it really has something for everyone. 」

「Stayed at this resort for 4 nights while biking in the Vermont area. At check I had reserved a condo without ac but it was in the 90’s and the person checking me in offered to move me to the Inn which had same room set up with Kitchen etc and AC - That was Great!!! After morning riding my husband spent a few hours working while I enjoyed the fitness center as well as indoor and outdoor pools. Very few people here during June. 」

「Way overpriced . I’ve stayed in other hotels in the area that included breakfast with hot tubs that are 50% less than this place. The place to put your shoes in the room had mud all over it. Maybe clean it before your next guest. 」
