“The home was in tip top condition. New everything, including hot tub, appliances, all beds and pillows (high end excellent quality). It truly makes for a better experience having peace, quiet, clean and comfy bedding. The owners were truly a blessing, living nearby. They were the definition of true southern hospitality. They went above and beyond making our stay as comfortable as possible. I could not have asked for a better host from maintaining the hot tub, answering numerous questions about……

“The house was amazing and very clean with everything that you may think you need, so if you forget something they most likely have it already there, ive never experienced anything like that. It appeared to be an older home that was upgraded. This was an awesome time away and convenient to the beach, although im used to a long ride for my work. If i had, to give any gripe, which i wouldnt, but if i had to.....maybe some outlets near the bed and perhaps a boxspring or an upgraded mattress......but……

“The property was great. The grandkids enjoyed the canoe, kayak, and fishing from the pier. We loved the magnificent view at night of the stars, not diminished by light pollution. Sitting on the swing watching the sunrise was breath taking.”

“My wife and i just celebrated another anniversary in Carova Beach at this beautiful home. The home is in immaculate condition and has all the necessities for a great holiday. The beach is also clean and is perfect for sunning, walking, sandcastles, fishing. You absolutely need 4x4 to get there and that is another experience you will remember. The hot tub and grill, also very clean, and we're used each day. I didn't bring my kayak, but will next time. Lastly, the wild ponies are very cool. No……

“Great stay and even better views. Saw horses daily. Nothing but love for this place. The only recommendation I would make is to install blinds/shades on the top level in case of nudist activity or afternoon TV glare. Exceptional though. Hot tub is awesome, too.”

“Took my girlfriend down to spend the weekend in Cordova to see horses. The place was amazing! They don’t lie when it shows the horses coming into the yard. We came back from the beach and boom 5 of them just hanging out for about 45 minutes! It was a blast”

“We enjoyed staying at KOA in Coinjock. The location is beautiful, the campground is nicely laid out, and our pet friendly cottage was clean and spacious! The only recommendation I would have is to call the campground to verify which amenities will be open and operational, and verify the pet fee. Our reservation said the pet fee would be $10/night, but we were charged $50. I think they should have honored our reservation, but the lady at the front desk said she couldn't do anything about it.……
