“Great view, intriguing. Reakfastbwhich worked really well. Great comms from the host who wasn’t available when I arrived. Great view over the back field watching the harvest come in! Tip - reverse into the parking space it’s fairly tricky to reverse out onto the road depending on time of day. ”

“Lovely cottage, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The information packs provided were very comprehensive and helpful. The front and back garden was beautifully kept, adding to the charm of the property. Inside, the single bedrooms were bright, spotlessly clean, and the beds very comfortable. “Modern, spacious, well equipped house a mlie from the railway station and the start of the shops to the beach. A big tesco for all your food needs. SHERINGHAM is a typical seaside town. And a good base for exploring north Norfolk. Cromer. And more.”

“It was very obvious from the start that the house was newly renovated. Almost everything still had the tags on it. Absolutely nothing was plugged in, turned on or tested before I got there. There were no amenities, such as soap, dish cloths, cleaning supplies, trash bags, toilet brushes, or even bins in the bathrooms. “On arrival, net curtains and untidy garden does not give a good impression. The property stank of smoke which air Fabrise and air freshener could not overcome. “We had a lovely time at this property, ideally located - just minutes to the beach or the town with off road parking. Easy check in. Area was quiet,the house had lovely views of the sea. Very spacious with comfortable beds and lovely fresh bedding. I was concerned after seeing previous reviews about cleanliness but we found it to be very clean just need a bit of refreshing in some areas which probably gets done in low season.Nice to have enclosed garden for dog. Our only moan would be……

“Lovely spacious holiday cottage that really does have everything you need for a relaxing few days away. Pretty south facing garden to relax in, which is also fenced to keep in smaller dogs. We liked the fact the cottage is rural yet only a short drive into Diss town centre for local shops and food outlets. Great communication from host. ”

“Had a lovely 3 night break at this property. It’s nice and spacious with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Everything necessary for self catering is there and I would thoroughly recommend it. The shower has great water pressure too (this is important to me!) Within a stones throw of a couple of pubs which both have lovely gardens on the water and serve food all day. Jump in the car and the local area has plenty to offer too. We had our dog with us and he loved the walks - no need for a car……
