“This was our favorite stay in Japan! The staff were the kindest and most helpful people. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. “The general hardware of the hotel is good. I dislike most is the confusing check-in and check-out time information I received from the hotel and Expedia. In the information I got from Expedia, both the check-in time 3 pm and 5 pm and check-out time 10 am and 11 am appeared. When my wife and I checked in at the hotel, the front desk indicated that the check-in time was 3 pm and check-out time was 11 am. On my last day, the front desk informed me that the check-out time was 10 am, not 11 am. To me……
