*Sunchase IV has a heated pool & 2-level condos. Downstairs includes a kitchen, living area, & half bath, w/ a great patio. Upstairs has 2 full baths & 2 bedrooms.
*Completely remodeled w/ new furniture offering a luxe feel. Sunchase provides private beach access, tennis courts, & Jacuzzi + BBQs by pool

The Space:
While there are many beachfront condos on South Padre, finding one remodeled
to suit discerning tastes can be tough.
Located on the 3rd floor, elevator rides are short and offer great ocean views
for enjoying cocktails on the oversized patio. The patio here is exceptional!
Rare 2-level condos offer ultimate privacy. Sunchase features all concrete
construction for supreme quiet, perfect for those wanting to sleep in. High-
speed Wi-Fi is available for anyone needing to work though spectrum service
can be somewhat spotty at times.
The building and grounds are ideal for young families. You can see the pool
from this condo, and the pool is heated, a real gem as most complexes do not
offer this.
We provide completely contactless entry via our E-locks, or you can check in
at our office at South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX
78597.
Luxury towels and linens are provided along with a fully equipped kitchen. A
parking permit is required at this property, with 1 dedicated parking space
inside the high-security fence though typically security will get you a 2nd
one if you have a 2 bedroom we cannot guarantee it. If you have 2 cars we
recommend parking at the US Post Office as well lit, Federal property, police
patrolled and they do not tow there.
Don't hesitate to message us for advice on the Island or local attractions. We
offer off-season discounts for stays of 3 or more nights from Sept 2 to Dec
20, and active-duty military discounts as well as tackle football coach
specials. Please message us for details

Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older to book
and be present at check-in with no exceptions
Please take note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo
ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island
Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign prior to
arrival to receive your door code. Provide your email address and attach a
photo of your ID to verify your age.
You must read, agree, and comply with all house rules prior to booking.
Ignoring this is not a refundable reason for cancellation.
Our City of South Padre Short Term Rental License is available upon request
