Casa Sirena beautiful 4br home with private pool on the bay!

Welcome to Casa Sirena! This beautiful three-story gem looking out over the bay has been extensively renovated and completely refurnished to welcome our guests to their stay at the premier neighborhood on SPI.

With over 3000 square feet over three stories and breathtaking views from both bay-view balconies, you won't want to leave the house! The home boasts airy, high ceilings on every floor, beautiful custom coastal lighting, whimsical décor, uber-comfortable oversized furniture, and new mattresses in every bedroom – just to name just a few of the many updates.

There are new Smart TV's in the living room (86”), kids' loft (70”) and every bedroom (size ranging from 55-65”). The kids loft also has an HDMI cable for easy (renter's) gaming-system plug-in. All TV's include streaming through YouTubeTV and access to log into your own additional subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc). To ensure great streaming, there is an enhanced Wifi network covering the entire house.

The outdoor patio on the ground level has all-new patio furniture (living, dining and lounging), as well as an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink, gas grill, high counters for additional bar seating, and a 65” Smart TV. There is also a new enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water leading into the cabana bath on the ground level.

Casa Sirena is perfect for multiple families and can sleep up to 12 with two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and a kid/teen loft including a built-in twin bunkbed and a queen-sized couch/futon with a FIRM mattress (no springs in your back!). Bathrooms are plentiful with three full and two half baths.

When you do decide to step out, you'll have access to all that The Shores has to offer, including the pool, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts on the bayside (equipment included), and access to The Shores private beach access over on the beach side. Beach equipment is also included in your stay – we have chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for your use, and a wagon to bring them across to the beach side. Of course, “beach set-up” rentals of chairs and umbrellas are waiting for you if you prefer.

We have also provided a few bikes for a relaxing ride around the neighborhood if you'd like.

The Shores is located on the North side of SPI, close to the Birding Center and The Turtle Center, the Convention Center, and of course the Shores Event Center. All of the bustle of SPI's shops and restaurants are within a few minutes' drive.

The Shores is really the perfect combination for families or groups seeking the best that SPI has to offer.
