The manager!! She was just rude! We ask her in the front desk we needed bracelets for my children cause it kept breaking off. Rude about that! Then we went to go eat breakfast asked for syrup for my 10 year old very rude too! If she didn’t like her job then why work there? Cops came cause other people was telling her the same thing giving attitude talking to us ugly and other people as well. Thanks for ruining my Mother’s Day weekend!! I’ve never had any problems there. I love this hotel. Always go every year! But she ruined it

I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PICKED UP AND SHUTTELED TO THE MEETING CENTER BUT NO BUS CAME THROUGH. ON THE LAST NIGHT i WAS AGAIN SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SHUTTLED TO A MEETING AREA AND AGAIN THERE WAS NO BUS. I'VE STAYED THERE FOR THREE OR FOUR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN SHUTTELED.FROM THERE

Loved our suite!! It was huge. Stayed with my 4 kids & my wife. Plenty of room for everyone. Right next to Clayton’s, huge plus. Bar louie was delicious. The pool was amazing and loved the baby area with the sprinklers. Loved how easy it was to get to the beach. How easy it was to get to Clayton’s. Will def stay here again when the time comes. It was amazing

the only thing was it seemed we were always hunting for that last parking spot availed. We were never without a space to park.

Hotel was very clean and well kept. But the beach is very crowded since it’s a public beach, and it wasn’t a holiday weekend. There’s a big beach bar located next to the property with live music, which was not great for us with children at night since we could hear the music in the room.

Property was beautiful. Just a couple of issues. Front desk booked 2 people for the same room number. 6 of us went to the bar and the bartender couldn’t have been more rude. One person ordered a drink and she walked away, I said excuse me, she abruptly turned around and stated “I heard her”, I replied well I wanted one too. She was having a rough day which believe me I totally understand however being in customer service all my life a person needs to put there feelings on the side and deal with the guest in a professional manner. This hotel does not have safes, just a heads up but room and view was beautiful.

You pay a lot to stay here and you can't even take snacks for the kids to the pool. You can't even use your own mug to drink the bar drinks at the pool. The staff at the front are not helpful at all in the check in process.

El hotel está muy bonito, nuevo y las habitaciones están bonitas, la alberca está congelada no tiene calefacción, algo que está terrible es la mala atención en recepción son muy groseros, no tienen buena atención al cliente contestan mal y son prepotentes y esto porque les pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación porque en la que nos habian acomodado estaba todo el ruido de las máquinas además ser muy pequeña a comparación de las otras habitaciones. Y después de gritarme me dijo que si quería otra habitación teníamos que pagar extra.

The staff was courteous, polite and responsive to our needs and requests. The room and facilities were clean. The hotel is pricey and should provide a free breakfast and/or at least provide free chairs and beach umbrellas for the guests. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay .

We stay at this property often. We love everything about it especially the easy access to the beach. The only thing that bothered me this time was that when I asked for a late checkout, they said no. Most hotels gladly accommodate. That was disappointing.
