Cute & Cozy *Near Beach* Pool
The space
There isn't a better way to describe this space than cute & cozy! Located at
Habitat Condos which is less than 1 block to public beach access, you will
enjoy a great pool and community sundeck.
This condo is a 2nd floor unit which is very quiet as no noise above. On the
main floor is a half bath, with a fairly open concept & large kitchen that
opens to the living room and patio with all tile floors, stainless appliances
and granite counters.
The eat in counter is great if you have some work to do on the road, with
included high speed wifi/internet as well as local cable to catch the game.
This condo has a high top workspace for working remote too. There are two very
cool features of this condo too - a working gas grill and a washer and dryer
stackable in the condo. Please do bring propane tank though if you want to use
grill
The kitchen is fully equipped ready for meal prep after a long day at the
beach. Very comfortable living room with large couch that has a fold out full
sized bed as well.
For sleeping the master features a queen sized bed, while down stairs there is
the fold out couch.
The patio off the living room backs up to rather green space below we think
you'll enjoy as well.
This is actually a 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom condo, however one of the bedrooms
is not available for use and remains unoccupied during your stay as a lock
off. Understand that the bedroom you will utilize is a master bedroom with a
queen bed and attached en suite full bathroom. While we do allow up to 5
people, it is suited for a family with children not 5 adults. A full sized
airbed is provided - bring bedding if you want to use.
This condo does have a washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience as well
"Book Habitat 7 a two bedroom (allows up to 8) with Habitat 23 (allows up to
4) for room for 12 people. We also have 2 other two bedrooms we manage at this
property Habitat 25 and 9 which are both two bedrooms and hold up to 8 each if
you have a family or group Inquiry"
There is 1 off street parking space dedicated to this condo. There is no guest
parking, if you have another vehicle or golf cart you can park on city street
on Gulf Blvd, OR park at the Post Office as well lit and police patrolled +
they do not tow

Guest access
We utilize a digital door lock with unique code. This is provided only after
you have signed digitally our rental agreement as well as taken care of the
either the $59 damage coverage waiver OR the $500 refundable damage deposit
after booking is made (your choice - billed via the airbnb resolution center).
We operate locally as South Padre Trips, 3800 Padre Blvd our office and are
open 6 days a week 9 am to 5 pm, by appointment on Tuesdays.
Please read and agree to all house rules prior to booking. This is unit 23 and
guests will not have access to the 2nd bedroom as locked off and will remain
unoccupied.
Other things to note

there is only one included parking space off the street and no guest parking
**Special Terms for Spring Break Dates: March 8 through March 23**
Main guest must be 25+ OR you are required to pay both the $500 refundable
damage deposit. This is per HOA requirements.
