Great location with lots of space!

The property was clean and had lots of space. The private pool was relaxing and in great condition. The location was the best part of our stay -- just a block away from the beach without the beachfront price. Close to good restaurants on the beach. Highly recommend it for a getaway!

This home nicely accommodated our 12-member family. Plenty of beds and spaces for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool was nice, but got warm during the hot July days. Short walk to the beach and stores.

Enjoyable holiday break

Wonderful location on South Padre Island, one black fro the beach. Our dogs enjoyed the back yard and porch. House is as advertised, clean well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and nice yard with pool. We had fun exploring the island and was nice to walk to restaurants nearby. Parking was easy as well. Would book again.

Loved the home and location

The house was perfect for our group of 10. 5 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of space to spread out and enough bathrooms! The location was also great, just a short walk to the beach! Instructions for garbage/recycling would be a nice touch to add since we were unsure if we needed to separate them. The nob was broken on the toaster but we could still use it so not an issue. Overall, we would recommend this place and if we ever travel back, we would definitely book again!

SPI Trip

Lots of room and the yard was great for our dog. 1/2 a block from the beach with access right next to the Cafe on the Beach at the Palms The pool was ok but an umbrella or some shade of some sort would have been nice. Also, probably want to put a gate at the top of the stairs on the outside deck. Be aware that the laundry is outside in the garage. To access it you have to go out the front door and reenter thru the garage - a bit of a pain. Still, it was fun being with family and having quick access to the beach = a good week..

Master bedroom shower and sink does not have working HOT water. Dinning room sliding door had a gap between the wall and the glass door frame. 2 beed rooms don't have tv's. Front driveway trees / plats are over grown onto the driveway when you open your doors the branches scratch your vehl doors.
