Your party can have a Maximum of 2 Adults (adults are individuals older than 18 years of age) and a Maximum of 2 Kids (kids are individuals less than 18 years of age) during the entire length of the stay. This condition is listed in our rental agreement that you agree to when you book with us. If your party has more than 2 Adults, please do not book with us as it will be considered a breach of agreement.

2) Having parking spot at the property that is so close to beach provides added convenience especially during the peak season when the public parking is hard to be available.
