Older property and no elevator with a third floor rental was difficult for two adults who had recent knee and foot surgery. We made it work, and were absolutely delighted with the accommodations. The view of ocean and beach was lovely. We plan to rent again.

The stay was extraordinary. Given the time of the visit, it was extremely quiet during the work week. Everything at the island is centralized, more or less so you can walk there if you can tolerate the extreme heat or catch the local transportation. The room was clean, cozy and had the most incredible view of the beach and nearby locations.

Always love staying at the Tiki. I stay in 157. It's next to the pool, spacious and clean. Kitchen has all you need to cook something up if you'd like. Pool goes to 9ft deep...love it. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here at the Tiki, we did have one roach visitor and the audio in the TVs didnt work but the place was very clean and the beach was super close so a win is a win

Loved how close we were to the beach, the view of the beach was amazing, and the pool was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Bars and Restaurants short walk next door. Fireworks from our balcony on Friday was fantastic! Will definitely book at the Tiki again.

Really great location on SPI. Almost impossible to beat The parking psss alone makes it worth it since it allows you to park right next to the beach access point. The staff had the condo ready hours early so we got to check in, unload, and head to the beach. We will stay here again the next time we come to South Padre.

The condo was perfect. Easy walking to the the birding/turtle reserves, plenty of dining options we we wanted to go out but had everything we wanted in the kitchen, if we didn't. The pool and beach are right there
