“We rented home for a small family reunion for my mom’s 90th birthday. This home will not disappoint! Close to beach, close to Blvd, 2 downstairs bedrooms, no steep staircase, 2 upstairs bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area, large living room and a mini kitchen with fridge downstairs. Bathrooms are very spacious. Home extremely clean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Love this home. Another plus…great owners. Very helpful and very easy to communicate with.”

“Irma has done a wonderful job decorating each room. The condo is cozy, updated and has the best stocked kitchen. Everything you will ever need to make a meal or drink is there! While grilling is available at a handful of locations throughout the Tiki, they’re further away than ideal and the type you would see at a State park. If you’re into various activities, ask at the office or go to the laundry facility, where one is taped to the wall. Pool was very warm, which we took advantage of. Great……

“Arlene was absolutely amazing to work with! She was very welcoming to us as print breakers. Her house had everything you could ever need on vacation. The house was in a nice location within the island. Would definitely come back and recommend Arlene!”

“This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again.”

“El departamento es identico a las fotografías, se encuentra muy bien ubicado para poder ir a pie a los mejores lugares de la isla, yo viaje con mi hermana y nuestros cuatro perritos y pasamos un tiempo invreible, la.playa esta a solo cuadra y media de la casa y es super comoda. El aire enfria super bien y tiene dos televisiones, seguro repito ahi. Y Cindy respondia de inmediato a nuestras dudas. Estuvo genial”

“Everything was wonderful and as described only one confusing incident when the fire alarms went off and everyone evacuated. Thankfully it was a false alarm but a lot of the people were saying it happens frequently not sure if that’s true but in all we enjoyed our stay.”

“Condo was fine pool was fabulous!! We needed dishwasher tablets but none were there- also bought coffee filters and salt & pepper- furniture needs to be updated- overall was very enjoyable!!!”
