“The staff was very rude and made me feel very unwelcome and even threaten to kick me out because the room door made too much of a disturbance so I was told to remain in my room until "the sun is out".. I couldn't believe that by my following the no smoking or vaping rule and stepping outside that I would be literally reprimanded for it...”

“Hotel was a place to sleep. Bed was ok, not greatest. Pool was freezing cold. We traveled with kids so the extremely cold pool was a huge dissapointment. Hot tub was luke warm. Both pool and hot tub look rough. Staff did not make eye contact/ hardly spoke during check in. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Bathroom tub looked dirty, our sink had draining issues, and random "dining style" chair in room seamed dated. ”

“Perfect stay.
Nicely maintained building and landscaping. Very welcoming foyer and lobby. Fast, easy check-in, helpful friendly staff. Welcomed by a yellow Labrador “Howie”. Clean room, bathroom, comfortable bed and spacious and quiet.
Great free breakfast with a lot of fresh items to choose from,
Awesome indoor heated pool was refreshing, spacious and warm.
Perfect location across from the Grotto of Redemption.
Fantastic staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
