The house is located almost on the edge of the village of Milina just accross the uninhabited island Alatas and only 30 meters from the beach, which is separated by the local road. Milina is the gateway to the South and South East Pelion. From Milina you can reach towards east Platanias and Mikro as well Katigiorgis, at south you can reach Trikeri Agia Kyriaki and the small inhabited island Trikeri. A trip there is highly recommended.

This studio is on the ground in the backyard of the house. It consists of a sleeping loft ( approx 12.5 sqm) with a double bed, the main room (approx. 49 sqm) with 2 sofa beds, a kitchenette with a dining table and a large veranda ( 45 sqm ) with garden furniture without sea view.
