“As a contractor that’s worked away for over 20 years I have stayed in many hotels and apartments. This place has got to be the best place I’ve ever stayed for the money. Already booked it again for new year ”

“A great location just 17 minute walk to Blackpool Tower with dedicated parking. The accommodation itself though was run down with 9 bulbs not working, bedding and pillows grubby and the bathroom tap made the pipes have a high pitched sound. There was a rip in the sofa that could be repaired. ”

“The photos were very misleading and appeared much larger than the reality. My husband almost injured himself several times, nearly tearing the skin on his scalp due to unsafe conditions. There was no jacuzzi, despite it being implied. The water temperature was inconsistent either far too hot or too cold and there was excessive noise whenever a tap was opened or a toilet was flushed. In addition to what we had already paid, we had to paid for parking, which was extremely expensive. The access……

“The host Tim was great Shower room could be up graded especially the shower doors and a clean loo brush would be great too really dirty Heating would be great if u could control your self especially when you don’t go outside heating only on 1 hour in morning and only coming on again around 3 ish ”

“Everything needed for a stay in self catering accommodation is there. Owners always available, either in person, or by phone. A fair walk - 10 to 15 minutes - from the sea front or town, bus stop for half hourly service to town centre just 50 yards away.”
