"The resort looks lovely for the most part. The cloth chairs in the lobby and the restaurants have stains on them. Our room on the 3rd floor had baby cockroaches and the front door wasn’t well sealed on the bottom to prevent bugs coming in. Could use more detailed maintenance and cleaning throughout. ..."
