"Dirty dirty dirty. It looked like someone grabbed a shovel of dirt and dumped on on the steps. That dirt remained there all weekend while the front desk staff (when they could be found) just watched videos on their phones. They could have been cleaning up the stairs or at least attempt to clean. ..."

"The pool was filthy. The coffee curdles. The room coffee maker missing pieces. The breakfast 'eggs' were still in liquid form. Lots of maintenance items and empty boxes throughout hotel. Holes in all surfaces...in all areas."
