“This is the most uniquely beautiful place to stay. Private and surrounded by beautiful views in all directions. A true blessing for us as we were traveling with dogs who really appreciated the walks outside after long travel days. The cabin is like a little museum and provides a look back in time as you can readily imagine how the original residents lived. Sarah is prompt with her responses and willing to help in any way. The cabin is clean and well stocked. All in all , a wonderful……

“My family enjoyed our stay very much! The home was clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The decor was thoughtful and made us feel at home. The host’s communication was clear and attentive. This was the perfect place for my family to come together from different t areas for a birthday celebration. We felt right at home.”

“Good experience No issues Place super clean”

“Very clean very close to the reservoir and state park which is what we came for!”

“We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous outdoor space for entertaining. So very peaceful. Would like to stay at their barn next time.”

“Great stay ! Was a huge hit with our teenage boys, they loved pool tables, games upstairs. Will book stay again. ”

“The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I……

“What a beautiful home. I’m so glad we were able to stay there. Thank you!!”

“Luxury absolutely not, convenient yeah. Walking distance to just about anything you need but it was far from being a “luxury room” I have plenty of photos to prove that. No outlets in the bathroom, lots and lots of water damage through out the place. Window unit air conditioner, filthy walls, missing knobs on closet door (having a very sharp screw sticking out) 100% not worth the price. Couch had a broken leg and disgusting stains on it. The big bed had a bent leg, markings all over the walls,……

“Great place to stay!”

“Place was clean and worked very well for what we needed . Host was in communication with us during the stay and friendly .”

“We stayed in Wilmington for the WEC horse show, where our daughter competed for the first time and came home with a first-place blue ribbon. Although our stay was brief, the property and amenities were perfect for our family. My husband and daughter swam in the heated pool every day, which was fantastic. Our daughter also loved the playhouse, swing set, and hammock — she called it her little clubhouse. My only wish is that we could have stayed a couple extra days to enjoy even more of the……

“We had a wonderful 3-night family stay in Yellow Springs. The house had so much character and charm, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a full day of exploring. The location was perfect for enjoying everything the area has to offer. We spent time browsing the unique shops in downtown Yellow Springs, had a great meal at Peaches Restaurant, hiked theStory Book trail at John Bryan State Park, and loved……

“Great house! Very clean and lots of space and amenities.”

“We found the listing of the property to be very accurate. The beds were comfortable and all the improvements made to the house made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of parking behind the garage around back. The host was very quick in their responses to any questions that we had.”

“This property was so beautiful and was incredibly decorated!! We were spoiled by the owners with little snacks and such and a fun put together scavenger hunt! The host was super responsive and incredibly with all their information and recommendations!! The parking around back door as also so convenient!”
