“I had an amazing stay at the beautiful barn hosted by Heather and Angus. They both made me feel very welcome and went out of their way to make sure I had all I needed. Inside, it's beautifully designed with extras such as a heated mattress, and woodstove burner (with a big supply of logs and kindling) to make the stay extra cosy. The views are also lovely and it's beautifully light. The location is also great, about 25 minutes to the coast for beach and hill walks, as well as wood walks at……

“We had a wonderful time, a family gathering to celebrate a 90th birthday. The house had everything we needed. The pool is fab, Warm and sheltered. With the good weather it got well used. One day the whole family, ages 2 - 90, played in the water. The location is lovely. So quiet with wonderful views at the rear. Watching the Barn owl fly to and fro at dusk so close to the house was magical. Thank you Laura for the use of your home. ”

“The house is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and warm. It was a great space for the six of us plus one dog. Unfortunately, the weather was awful (Storm Bert) which meant we hardly got out at all. Nevertheless, we had a great time, sharing company and food, cooking and eating in the fabulous kitchen dining space, where we spent the majority of our time and playing games. The farmhouse is an ideal venue and very well equipped for a group get together.”
