"Really enjoyed my stay, great location, entrance on quiet side of magnificent mile. Room cleaned daily and restocked with necessities. Will definitely stay again at this location. Pool was not available but I didn’t plan on swimming anyway"

"Beautiful, unique hotel with a fun vibe. Check in was personal, friendly and helpful. Bellhop service was on-top of bag storage instantly until our room was ready without even having to ask, and was friendly and chatted with us. Because our standard room wasn’t quite ready, they upgraded us to a beautiful, huge corner suite, overlooking the river, it really made our short visit special. The lobby was fun and unique, bright colors, cozy spots to sit, great bar attached, chill music playing, great scent infused in to set the vibe, higher-end coffee/latte maker in the lobby, and also coffee makers in the room. Amazing bathroom with a Korean facemask treatment, large shower, lots of counter space. The room also includes an air purifier, yoga mat, awesome cushioned window seats to look out at the city. This is definitely my new favorite place to stay in Chicago."

"Great place but not a value. There was a concert and two weddings happening on the day I was staying. It was very busy! Long elevator waits. Long waits for coffee. The lobby was so crowded all the time. I suppose these are the signs of a successful business? I never felt like a “guest” more like a consumer. One K lighter for two days and a meal. The cost of big city living put the squeeze on this country mouse."

"Have stayed here a few times now and always clean and convenient location to what I’m doing in Chicago. Parking is easy ($57 a day). Never have a problem with noise. Will stay again."
