“Really enjoyed my stay. I have come here quite a few times to present or attend conferences, but this is the 1st time I have stayed here. Loved my room and awesome service. Great staff. Breakfast was very nice. Great shower pressure! I travel a lot and stay at many hotels for work and this is one of the best hotel stays I have had! ”

“Downtown very small street ”

“We were told the pool had been drained so we couldn’t use it. But later that night saw people leaving the pool. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Reported to the front desk and they had someone come fix it right away. Had breakfast downstairs and the food was amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. ”

“Air condition was not working properly in our room. Techs went to check it out in Saturday morning and they said it was fixed but when we came back it felt humid. Due to us getting back to hotel late Saturday we just decided to stay in the room.”

“We had a long travel day. The website said they had a Bar & Grill. I was anticipating having a glass of wine with something to eat. They did not provide wine....and it didn't look like they had food. They said it would be a 5 minute walk to the nearest place that served wine. Also, the person at the front desk was more interested in with what was playing on his computer than helping us. While it was a very nice hotel, I will probably not stay there again. ”

“Halfway between the North and Downtown River-walk, and easily walkable or via river taxi. Excellent food and service by all staff. Shrimp Jambalaya is the best I've had. Congrats to Wyndham Reach!”

“This is a FANTASTIC HOTEL! The employees are friendly and the place is like stepping back into old Cuba. The auditorium next door always has something wonderful going on. Or one of our favorites is going to the rooftop seating and watching old cartoons on the wall. It’s on the tail of the river walk and close to the downtown area with a nice little in and out without the downtown traffic once you get familiar with the area. We love staying in different rooms each time and we’ve stayed in……

“The home was beautiful and perfect for our big family. Enjoy the many options to entertain. We didnt stay much inside the cave since we did turn on the mini split so it can cool before playing but it never did. Other than that it was perfect. The owner was able to communicate very well and did response to any questions needed. Hopefully we can stay again for next year vacation ”
