「The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. 「It was terrible and got worse the more I investigated. The drains were blocked and the bathroom not cleaned, dirty towels on the doors and the bed had black bits through the white sheets! Thank goodness the sheets were white so I could see how dirty it was!」

「We had a good stay, when ringing for support to find the entrance and how to enter was very supported and sent all necessary details, free parking close by and isn’t too far a drive away from everything. Very quiet no banging through the night etc. 」

「Very clean and comfy. Had everything in that we needed , plenty of kitchen utensils , cups ,plates and glasses. We had a bathroom and separate toilet. We had a great view of the bay . Spoke to Andrew the owner , very nice bloke . If we are going back to the area we would definitely stay here again . 」

「This was a great experience, I am finishing my second masters and this was a great place to be while working at University of Durham. If I had known it was so nice, I would’ve booked a longer stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I set off the fire alarm using the toaster and they were very patient with me. It was a little warm the only thing that could be a benefit is a fan.」

「Me and my 2 friends booked this holiday for 3 nights for a festival called Lost minds. We were wary at first as it’s a shared apartment with other people. Long story short we ended up booking and had absolutely no issue with the area or the people who was staying in the apartment. It’s round about 20/25 minute walk from the city centre & it’s easy accessible to get an uber also. We will definitely be booking when we come back to Newcastle. Only thing we never liked was NO TV & shared bathroom...

「We had a lovely time staying in St. George's Apartment. The location was PERFECT! It had everything we needed from the kitchen appliances to the bathroom amenities, and the design of the space was so beautiful. We truly had an amazing visit! 」

"Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. Television does not work, and the fans aren't very good. There are also insect stains on the bedding. Service is misleading, we were told that our check out was at noon however we were urged to leave as soon as 11am came by, asking to charge us for overstaying in the hotel. Our belongings were held at the lobby as well because of this, and the staff were reluctant to return our belongings. Extremely disappointed at the service and conditions of the hotel, will not recommend it to anyone."
