“I was pleasantly surprised overall about my stay at the kiwi hotel. I had room #1 which was conveniently next to the shower. The room was neat, clean, and the bed comfortable. Minimal noise out the window at night. Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making me a cup of coffee and ushering me into the living room to rest. Price is incredible and a short walk from the intercity bus stop. Close to Polynesian Spa and the main downtown area. Next to a delicious Korean fried chicken……

“The Shed Retreat is an ideal getaway location for a Rotorua visit. It's only 20 minutes from the city centre but feels miles away given its rural locale. Great interior decor, a super-comfy bed and of course the cedar spa pool with its view is outstanding. Can't recommend it highly enough.”
