In an apartment like this, you can step out the front door and find yourself right in the heart of South West Rocks.

Just a few steps away from the beach, creek, park, boardwalk, hotel, and eateries, Tradewinds 7 is a highly functional and popular holiday destination.

With wide front sliding doors and windows that fill the unit with natural light, you'll be led to a great balcony offering stunning views of Horseshoe Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

The unit is spacious and well-designed, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living and dining area, a separate laundry, and secure parking.

Outdated and I’ll equipped

Whilst location was excellent, apartment was outdated and “grubby”. Couch had rips, fridge shelf broken, no bin provided , windows filthy, substandard provisions . Needs a good clean and refurbishment

The apartment was old but very comfortable. It was in an awesome location. Probably the only negative thing was the stairs . Would definitely stay there again

Black mold in every room and horrendous cleanliness

As summarized as I possibly can. That was the filthiest accommodation away from home that I have ever stayed in. To the point of filing a complaint with LJ Hooker who manage the property and providing picture evidence. Beautiful view and fantastic location but you will be hit with the smell of bleach, mildew and mold before you have a chance to put your bags down. so disappointed. I hope they provide better holiday property management; it was clear that the issues that I arose to them weren't from a previous tenant but from neglecting the properties cleanliness. such a misjustice to the view and location.
