“Clean, newly renovated rooms. Very nice.”

“Overall it was a very nice stay, the room (Sienna) was luxurious with excellent kitchen facilities a really comfy, big bed and a nice looking terrace (although the rain put paid to using it). It is situated perfectly with great independent eateries and bars within a short walk. Parking is a little difficult and if there were some way of communicating exactly when a space would be free that would be more convenient. The lack of a working freezer compartment was the only other downside although……

“I cannot recommend highly enough. Simon was on call 24/7 and the information pack was so informative. The only time I had to contact Simon was to ask for an additional 3 nights stay (that says a lot about my enjoyment there), and to check where the recycling bins were which was my stupidity.”

“Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded……

“General stay was good, hotel was nice and clean. However access was a pain due to the dedicated app they use to access the property. I never initially received the email for activating and nor did anothe couple. Which led to a bit of a wait. Stay lets quickly remedied this however.”

“Room was quite superior! Staff accommodating and friendly. Fleece Inn pub was delightful and great food. Bed was very comfortable. Mini-fridge and microwave nice. Struggled with the expresso machine.”

“Our first trip to the area and it is beautiful. We were blessed with fine weather. The Coach House is very well presented with all mod cons and a comfortable bed. The lounge area is spacious with lovely outlook to the garden. The grounds are lovely with an array of bird life. Great pubs and restaurants nearby. Jules and Chris are very hospitable.”

“If you want to feel like you are starring in your own movie in a charming English village, book Well Cottage! The cottage is situated in the most perfect location. I did not have a car. So I spent mornings on long walks and then a nice lunch in the village. Then "home" to Well Cottage to rest my back in comfort, have a nice hot bath and then an evening out or reading in front of the fire. I slept so deeply( beautiful linens) in a very cozy bed. The street just behind the village and the……

“It was just right for the 3 of us. Its situation, within walking distance of shops, pubs, etc. was excellent. There was lots of dog walks in open countryside......... she loved it! One minor grouse - the cooker was qite complicated, and the instructions in the welcome pack didn't fit the exact model of cooker. Otherwise, we loved Exchange cottage, and we loved Northleach........ we'll be back”

“Right in the middle of town but out of the noise bustle of the town. Lots of space in the apartment and very clean and quiet. ”

“The main road is noisy until the traffic dies down later on in the evening. The metal framed windows, even when shut, let through a high volume of road traffic noise. It was a period of unusually high temperatures by day and night when we stayed and the room we stayed in was in the loft space and therefore really warm and so the windows had to be kept open most of the time. This is by no means a complaint merely a note for other people who stay in the loft apartment who may not be as comfortable……

“Splendid property, perfectly situated for countryside walks and proximity to quintessential Cotswolds towns. Very comfortable beds, steep staircase so may not be appropriate for older people, wonderful spot!”

“This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. Great communication from start to finish with a super friendly and helpful person! A great central location on a safe road with registered parking, plenty of things……

“My overall experience was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. I would definitely recommend this place for a single or a couple.”

“Perfect location in Moreton-in-Marsh with parking right outside and easy train access. We’ll equipped with two comfortable bedrooms, large bath and kitchen. We wished we could have extended our stay. Mr. Asbury responded almost immediately to our messages and was very flexible with our check-in time.”

“The property was as described the view was stunning there were plenty of places to visit covering the childreng with us,from the youngest at 2 years to the teenagers. Only flaw was the main bedroom en-suite shower having missing tiles and not usable.”
