"The check in process was easy and the parking was good. But the room had crumbs on the floor not completely vaccuumed. The AC was not as cool as it should have been. And when I went to check out in the morning, the elevator was out of order, so I had to walk down from the 3rd floor to leave."

Bathroom door was stuck and I was unable to get out of bathroom until someone on the other side of the door pushed extremely hard to get me out. Husband killed red bugs in the bathtub. Asked to speak with manager before checking out and was told he left the premise but would give me a call when he returned. I never heard back from him."
