「Very clean , worker are very nice and friendly , It was so noisy above my room , we found out two young kids jumping around the room with toy guns , it was 11 pm , luckily we were moved from 1st floor to 3rd floor , able to sleep finally.」

「The bathroom was dirty hair in the tub on the wall, moldy bathroom ceilings. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator. The last night stay, my room key deactivated. It took 3 trips to the front desk to resolve it. And the young man helping still wasn’t not able to get it to work, after calling someone on the phone. My aunt was left waiting outside her room with her walker for like 20 minutes.」
