“The property was beautiful”

“Quiet and Comfort. Close to main street”

“worst hotel ever , the owner is rude the tv never works the water cimes out brown pay service fee FOR NO SERVICE”

“It was perfect! Just what we needed for a quick visit with family and could bring the dog!”

“I loved the easy check in process. The host was wonderful. We left some items at the home even though we swept through the home multiple times. But they were able to send our items back to us. That was much appreciated. Home had some internet issues but other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“Amazing host! Great property, she even left little snacks.”

“We were unable to stay in this location because of the extremely narrow and steep stairwell that you have to climb up to in order to get to the apartment. This place is not for the elderly. I am only 60 years old and in great health, the stairs were scary for me. The balcony is also very sketchy. The door to the balcony would not lock. Also, the location was a little bit suspicious with the toilet randomly sitting next to the house. Communication with the host was very good however, he also had……

“Place was clean. No problem finding parking nearby, Easy to get into with door code given. Not a lot of restaurants around, but there was a good pizza restaurant/bar nearby. It's a good place to stay if you want to pay less than the hotels in and around downtown Norfolk. Easy to get to Norfolk by car or ferry.”

“Great stay, quiet neighborhood, very clean.”

“It was a cozy place for the two of us. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the pool and sitting by the lake. Romantic. No TV and no distractions.”

“I have no complaints. The house is older but well-updated and part of a duplex. The location was great, and it was comfortable for our family of five!”

“The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated, and we greatly appreciate the opportunity to vacation here, but the house was not clean, the floors were filthy, leaving our socks and feet black if we went without shoes. We did clean all the floors, several times while there, because it took several cleanings before our socks and feet did not turn black, and before we checked out. The trash cans, one large and one small were overflowing when we arrived. The owners did send people out to pick up……

“The home was very spacious and functional. Pictures were a true representation of the property. The house is easy to get to, close to various retailers in case you need something. I had no problems receiving my Walmart and Sam’s Club deliveries. Even with the house being on a main road, it doesn’t feel like it at all. Host had great communication. We didn’t need anything at all but felt very comfortable to reach out to her. We stayed in this town a year ago and had a great time. This property……

“I don't recommend this place or location. The location does not appear safe. The house smells stale. The dead bolt on both back doors are either extremely difficult or impossible to latch properly and that is unacceptable when I bring my pregnant wife and 2 kids and elderly parents for a nice family trip. Plus, they may forget to give you the key that locks one of those back doors like they did for us. They will refuse your money back when you choose not to stay due to security concerns. 10/10……
