“The pictures in the advertisement are not accurate. That hotel with the pool out front that is shown, thats adjacent and looks locked up. Pool area overgrown, no clean water in pool. The place is in need of upkeep. The room smelled musty and was quite tiny. The other pics advertised?? Didn’t see anything that looked like that either. I didn't feel safe. Didn’t even check in. They say they are keeping my money because i didn't cancel 24 hrs in advance. Expdeia was no help. Expedia is falsely……

“Room 175 was broken down, dirty, cockroach infested. There were No Towels, No Face Cloth, No Toilet Paper, No Tissues, No Shampoo, No Hair Dryer. The TV Remote was broken. Expedia should disassociate from this Travelers Inn as it hurts the Expedia name. The structure should be condemned and shut down. Beyond disappointed.”

“room was very old outdated. Don’t know when the last time it was properly cleaned, the chair was old raggedy, and the plastic on the chair was burnt and peeling off. I notify the desk. They said they knew it was like that I even took pictures, there was no housekeeper available for three days.”

“The room was clean but smelled of old stale cigarette smoke probably from decades of smoking in the room before it became nonsmoking. The room was a bit dilapidated but clean. Everything was clean. Could use some updating & renovations. ”
