Our friend group had a wonderful and rejuvenating stay at this beautiful Southampton home. Debbie was a fantastic host, great communication and very welcoming. The thoughtful little touches in the home were the icing on the cake. This will be our Southampton go to for future trips.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend with my family, which were 6 adults (age from 20 to 76) and a teenager. Communication with stay marquis and especially the property owner was easy and quick. Every little detail was well thought out, owner was super responsive and helpful. House and property more beautiful than the photos and location is great, near beaches, downtown Southampton and nice restaurants. Can't say more how amazing the property is and again excellent interactions with the owner! Thank you so much for a great stay!

We spent a lovely Thanksgiving at Oceanview Outstanding! The house is beautiful and well-appointed, with everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving. The location was perfect - close to Southampton, quick walk to the water! Our hosts greeted us warmly and were incredibly gracious! We would absolutely recommend staying here! StayMarquis does not accept credit cards for full payment, so the reservation process was logistically more challenging than it needed to be.

Perfect house for family gathering. Great location, gorgeous views of Shinnecock Bay, pool area is resort like. House beautifully decorated and open concept with spacious and well appointed kitchen area, ideal for family gatherings and dinners…back porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktail and Hampton’s sunsets. One of our best rental experiences, already planning a return visit.
