Super relaxing and comfortable!

This property is terrific for a family group of adults. The furnishings are very comfortable and details are high end. The location is beautiful with stunning views to the West (sunset!) and water views. Easy way to a quiet beach. We were there in the off season so the weather was a bit cool for activities like sun bathing, and water sports. We would definitely return again!

Magical

What a lovely home to stay in and the hostess was 10-star. Clean, comfortable and complete kitchen with all the chef’s tools. Our first time staying in Southampton and we will be returning! The swans floating in the background were the frosting on a truly magical stay.

Sunsets Galore!

We love Towd Point! An incredible location with “old school” Hampton vibes. The sunsets over the Bay cannot be beat and are a benefit that is undersold!! Home was clean, neat, and very comfortable. The host (Anne) reached out proactively and was available for any questions along the way.One Disclaimer: the house only has one TV in a small home office. For families, this may be a bit of a downside. But, the sunsets provide nice alternative entertainment! :)

Gem on Southhampton North Sea Harbor

We had a wonderful stay. The house was lovely, fairly private, and larger than pictured. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need. There is a wood fireplace that had a small bundle of firewood, and we used it as the weekend had a few chilly rainy days. All rooms were beautifully appointed, the furniture comfortable, and there was ample closet room in each bedroom. The view of the water was gorgeous, it was peaceful and quiet. The house has both a second-floor deck outside the MBR, and a patio. There are 2 small herb gardens built into the patio, which we would have used, had it been summer. I highly recommend this property.

Heaven on Earth

This is a beautiful home, professionally decorated and extremely clean which, given COVID takes on a more meaningful role. The bedrooms had the perfect space for cloths etc. I had my son and his girl friend who stayed in the first floor bedroom which you can also section off; my daughter, 2 grand children 4 and 5.5 stayed upstairs across from the master which I occupied with my cavalier. The dog absolutely LOVED the home, especially the butterflies , rabbits and little sand crabs by the dock. The canoe was used daily and the location is perfect for walking to the bay or heading into, town, Sag Harbor and East Hampton. We all had the most relaxing vacation together. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Perfect family stay

My husband and our 2 boys thoroughly enjoyed a week at this Southampton home. The layout of the house is spacious and it is as extremely organized and clean. Our boys enjoyed canoeing in the backyard and we all enjoyed the magnificent sunsets. We appreciated that the outdoor furniture and table for enjoying water views. The kitchen was a great size to whip up a family meal and we also lit the fireplace on a chilly night. The location is perfect. We took a 12 minute walk to Towd Point Beach which was so serene and beautiful. Kids enjoyed flying kites and dipping their toes in the water. Sag Harbor is a bit over fifteen minutes and we enjoyed the restaurants and my kids loved visiting Buddhaberry for frozen yogurt. We hope to visit again soon!

We enjoyed our stay! Property was lovely and relaxing. Great view, good for bird watching, paddle boarding off the dock and a short walk to the the beach! Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Anne was responsive to questions. Hope to return again.

Amazing Location, Feels Like Home

We have rented this wonderful house twice and look forward to coming back! The house is very well kept, immaculately clean, with no pretense and ample, comfortable spaces that feel like home. Anne is a great host always on the lookout for everything to work well and promptly attentive to any questions. We fully recommend the house for a great, tranquil vacation by the water surrounded by nature while very well located to all that the Hamptons offer.

Just PERFECT!

We had an absolutely perfect vacation! We were looking for a mix of pure relaxation with the ability to go to town and restaurants. This house succeeded above and beyond our expectations. The inside of the house was clean, warm and inviting and the back patio was our oasis from morning into the night. You couldn’t help but take a million pictures of the sunset and views everyday! We have already booked for next year!!!

Gorgeous House and Views

Sunset Views did not disappoint here at this beautiful, well maintained Southampton Home. We had beautiful views of 2 Osprey nests with their young, visits from Red-Breasted Mergansers, and Deer at dusk. Just a short .5 mile walk to Towd Point to walk and collect beach glass - the weather couldn't have been better for early April! We spent a day in Montauk and was lucky to see the Seals resting on the rocks along the State Park Shore!

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing week! The house is even nicer than the photos and was super clean. We loved being right on the inlet and enjoyed the paddle boards every day! The neighborhood is super quiet and so close to the bay beach as well as the ocean beaches. Thanks to Anne for all of her help and quick reply’s! We would love to visit again.

Wonderful summer vacation house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is spacious and immaculate. Our teens had a great time paddle boarding and canoeing from the dock. It was peaceful sitting on the patio, watching the sunset. It’s a short walk to the beach, Towd’s Point, and a fifteen minute drive To Cooper’s Beach - one of the best beaches on the East Coast. The owner was incredibly responsive to us. We highly recommend this house.
