「Comfortably appointed house with a tranquil and relaxing backyard waterfront view of North Sea Harbor. We enjoyed watching the wild birds, including egrets and a family of Swans that we were able to feed from the dock. Conveniently located between the villages of Southampton and Sag Harbor, the house is also within walking distance of Towd Point Beach where the water is clear and warmer than expected. Mark was a very attentive host and make sure that our stay was wonderful, which it was.」
