「Checked in around 3pm, but didn't get into the room until after dinner. The room and amenities were good. After unpacking, I pulled the chair out from under the desk and noticed something had been dragged out by the chair. It turned out to be animal feces! I contacted the front desk and was told that none of the housekeeping staff was on duty, but that he (the front desk manager) would come up to sweep up the mess. 「I guess I didn’t read all the descriptions of this place well. Didn’t realize there was no breakfast. Disappointing. Our room smelled. It was a sour a/c odor that was unpleasant. We had booked a room thru Expedia that was supposed to be two queen beds and a pull out couch. We got a king bed and pull out couch. Not great for our family of 4…mom & dad and two 6 foot teen boys. My 15 yr old made a ‘bed’ of the chairs and couch cushions. The desk clerk tried to switch us to another room but...
