Valet was clunky. Half the time requested car and they did not get it. The staff gatekeeping the rooftop restaurant were rude. Hotel guests were turned away when that is the only bar/restaurant on premises. Food sos-so. Lovely decor but will stay at Auburn Hotel next time.

Front desk staff very helpful and made us feel right at home. The room itself was spacious, and had great basic amenities. The walls were dirty with some brown and black smudges all over. I took clorox wipes and cleaned off walls and headboards. Also had hair that was not mine in sheets. Everything ...
