「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. 「This is the best rental for 2 people. Very clean, quite area. Beautiful views of Cincinnati. Full kitchen. Outside Deck with table. I enjoyed sitting and drinking my coffee every day. Almost an response for anything we needed from owner. I definitely will spread the word to family and friends.」
